Who do I make money orders out to and where do I post my order?

Money orders can only be used for Australian orders. International customers must use Paypal to pay for orders. The Paypal option allows you to pay with a Paypal account or a credit or debit card.

Do you take orders from outside of Australia?

We certainly do. Any additional international postage that may be required is automatically calculated and added to the order at checkout. Delivery times for International orders can vary depending on the postal services and customs and is not guaranteed by a specific date but generally takes from 10 - 30 days. Local customs may require import duty to be paid, this is the responsibility of the customer. International customers must use Paypal as the payment method as we can not accept money orders from outside of Australia.

How long will postage take?

Once payment is received, expect a 2-14 day period for processing and delivery of Australian orders, International orders 10 - 30 days. Please ensure your current contact information is accurate and up to date. We hold no responsibility if you have supplied incorrect delivery details.

Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?

We only accept returns within 10 days of receipt if the item arrives faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered.

If a defect is apparent with your purchase please contact us via email (parkwaydrivemerch@gmail.com) as soon as possible describing the nature of the defect and any additional relevant information regarding the purchase, including your purchase date. Once the product has been assessed we will inform you of our decision and the action we will take.

Can I return the product if I change my mind?
