Do you take orders from outside of Australia?
We certianly do. Please contact us for postage rates and shipping information BEFORE placing your order. Delivery times for International orders can vary depending on customs and is not guaranteed by a specific date.
How long will postage take?
Once payment is received, expect a 2-7 day period for processing and delivery. Please ensure your current contact information is accurate and up to date. We hold no responsibility if you have supplied incorrect delivery details.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my purchase?
We only accept returns within 10 days of receipt if the item arrives faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered.
If a defect is apparent with your purchase please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible describing the nature of the defect and any additional relevant information regarding the purchase, including your purchase date. Once the product has been assessed we will inform you of our decision and the action we will take.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?

How much will postage cost?
The cost of shipping is included in the price for all orders shipped within Australia.
